ENGINEERING & PERMITTING

Includes preparation and filing of all necessary plans, engineering, community/HOA approvals, and local requirements required to build. (Up to $500 budget for permit fees. Some city departments are slightly higher.

POOL DEPTH

Includes depth up to 5 feet.

STEPS

Includes 12 linear feet of steps.

SWIM OUT

Includes a 3’ seat/swim out in the deep end required by code.
